Yes you can, but you have to book in advance your participation.

If I become a member of Kagawa branch, can I practice a acupuncture or moxibustion therapy in Japan?
If you professionaly practice a job as aupuncturist, you are obliged to get a national license of acupuncture practice.
So that after having acomplished 3 years education in an acupuncture therapist school, you must suceed in an national examination.
